The Knoydart Ferry
The Knoydart Seabridge is the name given to the passenger ferry from Mallaig to Inverie on Knoydart crossing Loch Nevis. There are several daily sailings summer and winter which link with train services from/to Glasgow/Fort William. The journey takes 25 to 30 minutes and you can book a trip out with sailing times. Western Isles Cruises
Western Isles Cruises operate out of Mallaig harbour. The Knoydart Ferry leaves Mallaig at 10:15 and 14:15. They have 1 hour Wild Life Cruises twice daily from Mallaig at 12:45 and 17:15, Mon to Friday. Afternoon cruises from Inverie at 15:00 go up Loch Nevis arriving back at Inverie at 16:15. All wild life cruise sailings are timed around local train timetables so you will have time to relax and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery that Scotland has to offer.
