CONDITIONS
OF SERVICE
1. Service is
dependent on weather and tides being favourable. (Ferryman to be
sole judge of whether weather and tides permit crossing).
2. Ferryman
is not under any obligation to ferry outwith the above times, but
may do so by special arrangement at charge to be agreed. (Telephone
Ferries Manager at 01855 841243).
3. Ferryman
will not convey passengers or goods across ferry without prepayment.
